What you need to rent from us

• Identification.
  (passport, Drivers license)
  
• Proof of address from the last 3 months.
  (Bank statement, bill, letter from the council)
  
  
• Landlord reference.
  (Current or previous landlord)
  
  
• Personal reference.
  (Someone professional you have known for more than 5 years)
  
  
• Fill out a good tenant scheme form.
  (So you can get a membership card)

• Bank Account.
  (We will need to see proof of this)
  
  
• Bond.
  (Refundable after your tenancy ends if there is no damage to the property)
  
  
• Half a weeks rent in advance.
